Bodenhamer & Co.
Three ways
to begin

Book a fit call directly

Twenty-minute conversation, scheduled at your convenience. Available across European and most global business hours.

Booking page launching shortly.

In the meantime, email hello@bodenhamer.co directly to schedule a fit call. We respond within one business day.

Or write directly

hello@bodenhamer.co

Email is read each working day. Replies typically within 48 hours. Include a brief description of your operation and what is on your mind — this lets the fit call begin from substance rather than introduction.

Or via LinkedIn

For operators who prefer to begin a conversation through LinkedIn before scheduling. The firm responds to substantive messages; LinkedIn DMs without context are deprioritised in favour of email.

What to expect

The fit call is structured to be useful regardless of whether you engage the firm.

  1. The first ten minutes are the firm understanding your operation — portfolio scale, current systems, recent investments, regulatory pressure, and the specific operational tensions that prompted the conversation.
  2. The middle five minutes are the firm's read — whether the work you have in mind matches what Bodenhamer & Co. actually does well, and what alternative paths are worth considering if it does not.
  3. The final five minutes are practical — how an engagement would be scoped, the realistic timeline, and the next step if you want to move forward. If the fit is not right, the firm will say so directly.

How to prepare for the fit call.

No prep
is required

The fit call works without any preparation. Operators who do want to come in with context typically find the following information useful to have ready:

  • Approximate portfolio scale (units, sites, or asset count) and geography
  • The current operational software and building or energy systems landscape, even at a high level
  • The two or three operational pain points that prompted reaching out
  • Whether the conversation is exploratory or there is an active decision in motion
  • Any recent vendor pitches you want a second opinion on

If a preliminary read of the firm's perspective would be useful before the call, the cornerstone brief on where AI delivers value in property and energy operations is the most efficient orientation.
